I got a set of Weather Tech floor mats for my last car and I loved them. I saw them on Amazon and figured I could try them and send them back if I didn't like them or they didn't fit. The advantage of Revain is that they were delivered very quickly and ended up fitting the car very well. I noticed that the pages are slightly chipped (see picture). Gappy enough to make me pay more than $40 for Weather Tech - nope. This is the key. This is a perfect match of about 95%. It may get better with time, but for a rental car, cost savings and compliance are a good balance. In terms of material, I find them to be very comparable to weather technology. They weren't too grippy or rubbery, but very similar in material to the weather tech. When they were taken out of the packaging, there was no smell. I was surprised. I can't remember if the weather techs had that weird smell when I got them, but I specifically noted they didn't have any weird smells. I think it's also worth noting that I called some friends who also just got a new car and told them to look at the car before rushing to the weather tech. And they also thought it was good value for money and bought it. .One more note: Although the company is called MAXLINER-USA, they are not made in the USA. The packaging clearly says "Made in Thailand" and there's no information on the company's website as to whether or not it's made in the US.
