Finally got it set to take F instead of C and then I can’t get it off Lo which is explained to be the batteries. Exchanged batteries twice with new ones each time and it will not switch off "Lo” Yet the batteries will work to beep, show past history and reset through F1, F2, F3, F4 and off. When you hit scan it shows Lo. The first one I ordered just like it is working great. This is a lemon. It is past the return time because I was giving it to someone. I feel a return should be honered in this case.
