Disappointed
The packaging was unsealed, the tape sealing it was yellow and torn. One of the molds was damaged. All had a strong perfumed smell, one of the molds was already assembled, there were 13 of them and it appears to have been used. It's very frustrating for a customer to pay for a product online and receive something so miserable that nobody took care of it. I am calling to complain and will send it back. I deserve a clean, brand new product.
