Razor blades deteriorate when exposed to water. I shave in the shower, so the blades have to be changed every other day, right? Except I can last a month or more by towel drying them and holding the handle between the shower curtain and the liner to protect it from direct splashes. However, I'd rather keep it with me in the shower, and this case allows me to do that. I dry the blades, slip the handle into the case's handle, close it tightly to force out the damp air, and just set it on the counter in the shower. It seems to keep my razor dry just as well as my other gadgets with a little less effort and more convenience. I'll see how long this goes on and decide if it's worth refilling the dryer. At the same time, I enjoy shaving for much less wasted money.
