Why didn't I know this sooner?! Usually in the morning I'm starving and half asleep. I usually get up at 5 a.m. A tablespoon of this stuff and phew. The hunger is gone and the energy levels are off the scale. That's how my body reacts to it, but I'm so glad I found this. Will be an active buyer.
