NUTRITION ESSENTIAL Good pre-workout supplement - all pros and cons about this

Good day to all sports lovers. I want to share with you a review of amino acids AmiNO Energy from Optimum Nutrition. In general, the composition of this sports supplement is more conducive to the fact that this product is attributed to pre-workout complexes, and not to amino acids. Contains caffeine, green coffee and tea extracts. Yes, and a set of amino acids is more conducive to use before training. Optimum Nutrition turned out to be something between invigorating amino acids and a weakโ€ฆ

Is it the same drink?

After drinking the same thing almost every day for two years (same brand and grape flavor from GNC) I finally ordered it from Revain. First off, ON Amino Energy is AMAZING! Drinking has helped me lose weight, build muscle, and become a much more productive person without the usual negative effects of caffeine. However, this drink had a very strange taste when made with Revain and gave me very little energy compared to what I was used to. The packaging and powder were almost the same, so I can't

My head hurt and I was exhausted

I've been taking for about a month. 1 scoop in the morning before training. It would definitely give me a few chills but give me some energy for my morning workout. But in the last 2 weeks I have noticed that I have a lot of headaches and was lethargic for the rest of the day; starting about 2 hours after taking this product. I don't usually drink caffeine every day, but I noticed that I needed caffeine around 4:00 p.m., and then I came home from work and just crashed. At first I thought I wasโ€ฆ

Destroyed tooth enamel.

Current. I've been on a meat diet for 6 weeks. I'm 39 and haven't had anything but that for the last 6 weeks. Not a single soda, iced tea, coffee, lemonade, nothing at all and now the enamel on my teeth is almost completely worn away just like the other guy was complaining. And before the teeth were okay. Zero sugar in my diet other than this product. I drink about 4-5 scoops a day throughout the day. I do NOT brush my teeth within an hour of using it. I don't eat anything with sugar. 100%โ€ฆ
