
I've been taking for about a month. 1 scoop in the morning before training. It would definitely give me a few chills but give me some energy for my morning workout. But in the last 2 weeks I have noticed that I have a lot of headaches and was lethargic for the rest of the day; starting about 2 hours after taking this product. I don't usually drink caffeine every day, but I noticed that I needed caffeine around 4:00 p.m., and then I came home from work and just crashed. At first I thought I was tired because I upped my morning workout and I just needed to get used to the extra activity. But then I realized that maybe this product was the cause of my problems. I stopped using it about 4 days ago and felt better almost immediately. No headaches, no lethargy, and no need for an after-work nap. I won't use it again. I'm not sure why I would have the opposite effect of what I was looking for.
