I've just started using Burn but the first two times have been AWESOME! I've used exercise stimulants before, some make me nervous, some die too fast, etc. Don't burn! If you're not used to using something like this, don't take the full dose, haha, you'll be tense all day, even after your workout. But they give me a lot of energy to finish my long workout and I have energy for the rest of the day. Definitely my new favourite.❤️
