If you have a 48" or longer version of the Hi-Lift Jack it will all work great. You have to remove the top brace to attach it, but then you can simply move it up and down to secure or release the grip after you've reattached the brace. If you have the shorter 36" or 42" versions, you won't be able to use that with the brace attached because it can't travel far enough to disengage the grip. I was able to get them to work well enough with the 36 "by turning the post down, but if I have to use the post I have to take it apart and remove the Prothane isolator. Most people buy the 48", so this will work fine for most.
