Review on 🌰 REFECTOCIL Light Brown Color Kit with Cream Hair Dye + Liquid Oxidant 3% 3.38 oz + Mixing Brush + Mixing Dish by Eric Hay

Welcome to my brow journey! I'm a natural redhead with natural blonde brows - messy blonde from crown to arch and then light blonde from arch to tips. I'm not the type to spend a lot of money on makeup. Though it fades quickly, requires 5 reps a day, and doesn't quite match my color, the $6-$15 Blonde Eyebrow Makeup has been my lifeline for almost a decade. Then I discovered the tint! When she first did this, the girl didn't listen at all and gave me crazy dark brows with an insanely cool tint (I couldn't find any pictures). While I HATED the tint, I LOVED the whole new world of waking up with my brows already done. I started dating another girl and she painted wonderfully for me once a month! When I decided it was time to cut my budget, I started looking into do-it-yourself coloring and Refectocil came highly recommended! I knew Light Brown (3.1) would give me the deep color I needed and Chestnut (4) would add the reddish-orange warmth I needed for my hair and skin tone, but I had to order them separately. Chestnut arrived first so after mixed reviews I decided to try it alone with hydrogen peroxide to see what color it would be. LAUGH OUT LOUD. See image. Super auburn, super clownish on me, probably super matching my bright red dyed hair. I took a week or two for a light brown to appear and then reapplied the mixture. Now I use 2 parts tan and 1 part chestnut to get an AMAZING color that I get loads of compliments on! The color lasts at least a month, but I love that I can touch up my faded tails whenever I want without the hassle of appointments and travel time (also cheers during the pandemic). The convenience of "doing my eyebrows" at midnight while watching TV is amazing! And the $30 consumables cost that lasts me a year compares to $25 a month! I will never go back to cheap makeup or risky salon visits again! Self-inking is the way to go and while I haven't tried any other brands I have had no complaints about Refectocil and would recommend it to anyone! If I can find my perfect color AND become a color pro, then so can you! faces and framing 😊)
