They arrived on time (2 days before Prime) and were well packaged. They were in a bag and each in its own plastic envelope. They are soft for the price. Sure, they're not Wayne Goss or Sigma, but they get the job done. I have not found any of the brushes suitable for cream products. They didn't blend well and left streaks that enlarged my pores and blemishes. I found the brushes to be able to pick up a decent amount of product but fail to apply it. They need to be washed frequently as they absorb product. My brushes had no odor, did not shed or change shape after washing. It's also worth noting that on all of these brushes I cut off a few hairs that were out of place, but that's understandable given the price. She. FACE, SQUARE AND ROUND. These brushes are a little stiffer and handle liquid and creamy products a little better than flat brushes. I've tried using them for blush/bronzer but have found that flat brushes allow for more precise application and slightly better blending. FACE FLAT & ANGLEDI found them too flexible for use with creamy/liquid products. While this came in handy when applying blush and bronzer, I definitely think you need a big fluffy powder brush to blend the product. It's also worth noting that the flat brush wasn't exactly flat and had shorter bristles on one side, but I don't think this greatly affected my ability to use the brush. FACE TAPERED I really like this brush to be honest. I found it great for sculpting the under eye area and it applies beautiful highlights (I used a powder brush to lightly blend the highlights as I'm not a fan of the strobe look). This is probably one of the more versatile brushes. Unfortunately, when I blended the concealer with it, it got streaks and I had a small crease. CONCEALER BRUSH This brush is not suitable for concealer. It picks up too much product and leaves streaks when you try to mix the leftovers. You'll get better coverage and results from your fingers. This brush is very comfortable for applying the product on the eyelid due to its rigidity. I find it works best with pigmented, oily eyeshadows/pigments. You won't get much out of this brush with dry eyeshadows. ANGLE EYE SHADOW BRUSH This brush isn't as fluffy as I was hoping for and is quite rare. However, I used it to apply a nude eyeshadow primer and while it took me a while to create it, this brush is a good size for the purpose. I tried blending out the outer corner with this brush and it was ok. The CLASSIC EYESHADOW BRUSHI didn't get much use for this brush, so I used it to soften up the crease a bit. It's very narrow, which detracts from its versatility, and I've found the angled version works better than this brush (it's a bit denser, but just as flexible). not fluffy enough and I think it's hard to find a good synthetic bristle blending brush. I really liked this brush for applying my wrinkles/transitional tones because it was accurate and didn't apply too much product at once. Although I had to use a different brush to blend it out, this brush did a great job of bringing out the color. PRECISE BRUSHI really liked this brush. It was stiff and collected but flexible enough that I could spread the dark shadows in the outer corner and blend them into the crease. It tended to stick to most products so I had to build up the color but it wasn't difficult. DETAIL BRUSH This brush was too hard and round to be used to apply eyeshadow to the lower lash line or to apply powder to the base. I ended up using it with cream lipstick. It took a long time because the brush is so small, but it was a good lip brush (it was great for liner the upper lip around cupid's bow and I got the exact shape). I also enjoyed using it to trace the lip line and clean it up with concealer and I found I got very precise application. ANGLE BRUSH Mine came with a slight kink which was a little annoying and I'm not sure if that's the case. it should be. It works well for applying brow powder, but I don't recommend it for eyeliner as it's not thick enough. The coil on the other end is large, which is good if that's what you're after. Good for spreading eyebrow powder. CLASSIC DETAIL BRUSHHI used this brush to apply shadows to the lower lashes. I wasn't able to blend it the way I wanted but it did a good job of keeping the color down. It was also handy for applying eyeshadow to the narrow part of my eyelid near the inner corner of my eye where the big brushes can't reach. Product. With a little time and effort, I was able to get this brush to work. Didn't manage to get the sharpest wing, but it's a good brush. All in all these brushes are good. If you take the time to get them working I think you can see them just fine. You are missing a few key brushes and this gives you everything you need except for a foundation brush, a powder brush and a blending brush. I love these brushes and the price couldn't be better. I probably won't use flat face brushes or classic eyeshadow brushes because they have almost identical curved counterparts, which I prefer. But I'm glad I made this purchase and I think they will come in handy. NOT AT ALL SIGMA F80 DUPE!
