We have a really nice mattress that we paid a lot of $ for less than 2 years ago. Our backs still hurt so much though. We bought this pillow topper and it has helped a lot. It came with a weird odor. We had to put baking powder on it and vacuum it up several times to remove the odor. The pillow topper does take some getting use to.
