Product works well for dorm beds. My college student is sleeping sooo much better with this comfortable mattress top. May not be as effective as a new mattress.

So like all the other reviews, you will not get a 4" mattress topper. It's about 2 inches of foam topped with less than 1 inch of padding (like a quality mattress protector). So you're basically getting a 2" foam pad with a protector layer. It is comfy and it has helped some, but I would just buy a plain foam topper because that's all you're really getting for twice the price.

Well I used it for couple weeks now. But it does not give any difference. Like if it was not there, nothing would be different.

This thing is fantastic. I bought it because I didn't want to buy my college kid a new mattress for the small amount of time he stays at home. It feels like a new pillow top mattress. My mattress cover and fitted sheet still fits over the top securely. College kid loves it so much I'm getting him one of these for his dorm bed. I'm super pleased with this purchase.

Not 3" memory foam (only about 2 to 2 1/2" thick, and not 1" of plush pillow top either (flat, no filling in it, just a cover). I paid more for the 4" or 3" foam and 1" thick pillow topper because I wanted it to be thicker.I could have paid less for 3" which is what this one does not even quite meet 3" including the pillow top. which the add clearly states it is.The Mattress topper is of very good quality, just wish it was as described. Would send it back for not meeting the measurement…

We have a really nice mattress that we paid a lot of $ for less than 2 years ago. Our backs still hurt so much though. We bought this pillow topper and it has helped a lot. It came with a weird odor. We had to put baking powder on it and vacuum it up several times to remove the odor. The pillow topper does take some getting use to. At first we were regretting our purchase. 2 weeks later we were thinking maybe it wasn’t so bad. 3 weeks and we were happy with our purchase and 4 weeks and we can’t

This really dresses up temporary guest space. It is much more comfortable than uncovered memory foam. We use it on top of a blow up mattress. Easy ensemble and no leaks.

I like the built in cover but I believe I will still need a mattress cover to keep the cotton clean. The 4” statement is false, more like 3” all in all. The first night on it was great. I think it will serve us well.

Unfortunately this isn't very comfortable because it didn't fully expand and there is a crease right at my lower back. I washed the cover once and made the mistake of drying even on medium heat it melted parts of the white section. Don't recommend.

Got this for my spare room as the mattress was our old one and still good but not as comfortable as I liked. Kids ended up spending the night and we threw it on the living room floor and they loved it. Super comfortable.

Return window closed, disappointed. This thing does not stay plush. It now feels firm and flat . I’m a 125lb side sleeper & my hips go numb sleeping on this, lots of tossing & turning. I should have just purchased straight memory foam without pillow top layer.

I opened it, it sprang right to life took maybe 10 minutes to fully fluff up, 30 for the pillow top to fluff. Don't let the fabric fool you on measuring thickness. The fabric colors do not indicate what is pillow top and what is foam it's just a design. The foam really is 4" thick. I sat on it cross legged and usually my back hurts when I do this, but no pain. I laid on it to test it out, and felt all my muscle tension just melt away. I cannot wait to sleep on this. It took literally 5 minutes…

Don’t forget to let it set! That being said, the first day I woke up a bit sore but after that, i have been sleeping with out waking up in the middle of the night which I’ve done for years, who would’ve thunk it was the mattress all along! Thank you! I hope you just added to cart!

The mattress seemed thin for description of 4 in. After letting it expand for a few days, I measured the actual foam inside the cover and at it’s thickest measured 2 5/8in. The cover as comfortable as it is, does not measure one inch. Very dissatisfied. Next time will definitely go in person to buy.

I use this on a full size bed in a BnB and have received many compliments from guests on how comfortable it is. Thanks for attention!

I was thinking of replacing my mattress but found out of this option and loved it,fast delivery, easy to put and washable

Size does matter, especially when I am paying extra for it. I have a total of three inches. I let this sit for a week before trying it. Becareful because if you get a dud like I did you have no way of sending it back. I would love to get this replace or returned but there is no way to return this.I would like what I paid for .4 inches!

Ordered this for my daughter for her college dorm twin XL bed. She was super hot & uncomfortable with the mattress provided by the school and and requested a mattress topper. Her sleep quality improved dramatically with this mattress topper!

I bought this for my son who just went to college this year put it on top of his regular mattress and he loves it. He says it is very comfortable to sleep on.
