The glasses had widely spaced temples. If they were curved backwards, where they were closer to the sides of the head and near the ears, the headphones would have a large (distracting) headband. The part that fits over the ears was quite long outside my ears, but I know the optometrist could adjust them to be tighter behind the ears. Too expensive for too much customization and effort.
