I spent a few bucks more on the DRIVE organizer to get the best features of the DRIVE Auto Products model: - Durable fabric both inside and out. - Excellent workmanship, with additional piping all around and on the pocket flaps and along the bottom edge where most wear occurs. Seams are even, strong, professionally sewn with no protruding threads. This tells me that the organizer is made with care and attention to detail. - Two Velcro flap pockets at one end of the organizer. Eight more open mesh pockets on both sides with elastic top to keep them level with the organizer. Here, too, the bags are well made and the materials should withstand heavy use. - The sides and two bottom panels are rigid and fully covered with fabric (unlike some organizers that leave one side of the bottom panels uncovered). I don't know what material is used in the panels but they seem strong enough to support the weight of a full organizer. The sides are not flexible at all and sag; the organizer looks good even when empty (same as the picture on the order page). - The side straps are an ingenious way to keep the organizer in place in the trunk or in the back of an SUV. - After ordering, the company sent me an email with a confirmation and a personal note from the service manager. A very nice touch where DRIVE took pride in their product and cared about the buyer. I would recommend this organizer as a head and shoulders above the competition and well worth the modest cost. Now for the disclaimer: I did NOT receive any discount or free product from the seller. I paid full price.
