These are the best patches I've ever used. A few weeks ago I actually passed out while cleaning a sharp kitchen knife. I cut a small piece of skin right off the tip of my index finger. I kept one of these patches on for about 5 days and my wound was almost completely healed. If you have a cut that is actively bleeding, use a more traditional bandage (with gauze) until the bleeding stops. Then wear one of these. They don't use bacitracin or anything like that - just a bandage - and it really protects the cut and sticks really well. Cannot be washed off when washing hands.
