Aha! This is an AC Delco Snap-On/Milwaukee/Earthquake Polisher. It's very beautiful, good quality. Exceeded my expectations by miles! The supplied wool polish and some paste removed 2,000 scratches in just one pass. Impressed. Closer to Snap-On and Milwaukee due to chiseled bits and metal body, Earthquake is the cheaper version. Either way, watch a few videos of your favorite Canadian disaster mastermind and you can see their innards. At this price it's a bargain! Addendum: A battery is empty and can no longer be charged, used twice.
