Heat and massage at the same time
I’ve been using it in the office while working. I turns it on for heat and also for massage. Comfortable and easy to use. I can use the usb on my computer to charge it, and the controller is very self explanatory.

- My first one didn’t work but they replaced it with no hassle. Great customer service!

- The settings are a bit confusing. It feels good while using.

These didn’t massage, they had a prickly feeling . Do isn’t change modes well either and confusing to operate. Returning it.
