I don't know if I'm applying too much, but the amount in this can was enough for a double pair of tin pants. You have to pay attention to the quantity as I didn't have an extra. I had to stretch the rest of the app towards the end. I also started on the front and finished on the back. I ended up ordering another can to make sure I would attach the back if needed. I think if you watch your usage you can use a can on these pants. If you think bigger is better, consider a reserve bench. By the way, I've had these pants for about 12 years and they are worth their money. After all, a can at Filson is $10, but you end up paying almost $9 for shipping, so I ordered Revain for the same price for next-day delivery.
