I have a 2003 Ford Explorer as an extra SUV for my daily commutes. I really wanted to upgrade the factory radio found in the truck. After reading the reviews I decided to buy this radio. Installation was easy and didn't take long. Purchasing a factory wiring harness for this radio is a must to avoid splicing so many wires. After contacting the company's support via Facebook messenger (according to the instructions on the box), I could not solve the following problems: 1. The radio randomly restarts when I use the CarPlay function with my iPhone2. Turning the key to the AUX position to listen to the radio produces a horrible high-pitched sound3. Android Auto just didn't work with my OnePlus 6T4. When CarPlay was running, people couldn't hear my voice over Bluetooth. However, when I called without using CarPlay, the caller could hear me perfectly. I was also able to apply the software update to the radio; However, this does not fix the problems I was having. I ended up just ordering a new Android radio and decided to return it to Revain asap. Maybe your experience is better than mine. Much luck.
