Never worked with in-ear headphones

I have another brand of bone conduction headphones and wanted to get sweat proof headphones for my son. I charged them right out of the box but they never turned on. . Tried three charging ports, left overnight. While charging, the red light is on, but there is no progress! All troubleshooting steps completed. I tried contacting support (I'm outside the US) and they didn't respond. I would not recommend this brand.
