
Lightbulbs are great except one of them no longer works. For the price I expected more from this company. Four E12 bulbs have been connected to the same light since I received it and one will not connect and is no longer recognized by the hub. the fix didn't work and I'm still waiting for their response after a few months - well I'm really not waiting anymore because their customer service is clearly lacking) I spoke to someone on the phone. As he answered his questions, I could tell that the script would eventually result in them not taking responsibility for their product, and it did.
