Extremely uncomfortable to try and use to get the right downward pressure so it can be used to massage the sole of my foot where the pain is most severe. must have a very specific seating area in order to be able to use it comfortably. No matter what I tried, it mostly rubbed my calves and pinched my legs. I was excited to get this as I work long shifts in a warehouse and have plantar fasciitis. For the record, I'm 5'5", I'm not overweight and I don't have large legs or calves. I tried it once and sent it back straight away. Looks like I'll be paying for a pedicure once a month again.
