2nd update: I took it off the truck because I lost radio reception during the cloudy winter months. I hung a chain on it, hung it on the mirror as a decoration. Update: I originally thought it had good reception; However, I have only used SiriusXM. After trying to use FM radio, I quickly found that more than half of the radio stations I listen to were lost. As a result, I returned to the standard antenna. This cylindrical antenna looks great but leaves a lot to be desired as a real antenna.
