Review on PowerSource 65W UL Listed Long AC Adapter Charger for Dell Latitude 3000, 7000, and E5000 Series Laptops with 14Ft Power Cord by Ryan Pal

After losing my Dell Latitude 5590 power supply I ordered one. It arrived quickly and worked great. about a month. Now when I plug it in, my computer's charging light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off. The computer shows "plugged in, not charging". BTW it seems to have charged some other laptop models at work but not my Latitude 5590. After finding the Dell OEM charger my computer charges just fine so I assume the problem is with that adapter and not on my laptop.
