I've been using it for 1.5 years
I bought this set in June 2018 and it is still current. I did not encounter any problems when removing the material. I use all three at least once a week (since at least 1 of my 5 cars is washed weekly). The handles stay straight and hold when pressed down. The grips are long enough (on the big one) to reach the wide rim without scratching the car. I've bought other brands but none of them work in their own way. I will eventually buy a replacement kit but I don't need it right now. A simple rinse and air dry has worked so far.
