This thing comes in two pieces. One is the actual tool with the cleaning pad, this works fine. The second is an extension handle that is supposed to click into the other piece. This extension has a "spring" with small buttons that are intended to be pushed in so the extension can slide into the cleaning pad portion. Well, it slides in about half way but something blocks it from going all the way in preventing the spring buttons from being in far enough to engage and hold the pieces together…

My first use of if, did not clean the window with just the cloth. It seemed to smear it. No big deal, the windows haven't been cleaned in a while, so will probably just use the solution and see if that removes the rest of the film. Was disappointed that the top handle was broken at the base where the extension handle slid into. I bought this window cleaning tool to help me reach into the windshield area of our trucks and cars. It is nicely designed to do exactly that. I used it and it seems to have done the job as I wanted. The only reason that it did not get 5 stars is because the handle is 2 separate pieces and the top part was split when I got it. (I put it together and just used tape to hold the handle together.) I think manufacturing it as a single piece handle would help.

I bought this to clean the insides of my windows. The handle is too short to reach all the way across my front windshield - but if I have a passenger it's perfect. I filled the little bottle it came with with windex and keep it in my car. My kids like to clean the back windows on their own :) My boyfriend liked it so much he bought one too. Only reason for a drop in a star is because I wish the handle was a bit longer.

I love this product. It does a great job leaving my car window and bathroom mirrors streak free. It even came with a carrying pouch that is sturdy and well made. The pouch comes in handy because I bought extra cloth covers and having the pouch will keep them all together in one place. I find they work best if you spray a small amount of Windex on the covers before using them. I used to spend a lot of effort and time trying to hand wipe my windshield and rear window. This tool makes it so much easier and I can wipe it in nice columnized streaks! This product is very useful in cleaning and wiping off the film that builds on the interior of a car's windshield. I only used it once so far so I am not used to using it yet. It seems awkward to use but it cleans the inside of the windshield great! I had a similar product but it was ineffective and difficult to use. So I didn't have high expectations for this. But I'm glad to be proven wrong.

This cleaner is just what I needed to clean the inside of my car windshield. It was such a pain to do this by hand but this reaches with ease and makes the process so much easier and quicker. The only critique that I have is that I wish that it was made of a more durable plastic; it feels a little cheap.

I have had the occasion to use the window cleaner several times. Here is my review and feedback:• First of all, I love it. It does a great job overall but especially at getting into the corners and reaching around the steering wheel where it can be hard to bend your arms and wrists.• It is a bit hard to stretch the cover over the pad, but this might improve as the elastic breaks in a bit. This product makes the hard to reach areas of your windshield and makes them a joy to clean. Easy but so affective. You will love it.

Great product, and it really works. Just use as directed making sure you do a light spray on the cloth and not the window. Wish the product was more durable. When placing pressure while cleaning, the handle bends where the two pieces join, and the seam on the handle is separating at the end.may have to glue this but no big deal. As mentioned, it really works.removes all the streaks!

There are more robust and more expensive options, so the quality is not top notch, but it is high enough to withstand years of use while performing well.
