I'm 5'7" 133 pounds ordered a M and wow it all fits PERFECT. It goes on like buttery soft silk, so soft. Super warm for brutal -0 Michigan Artic blasts. The down side is (if you want to call it that) is it takes discipline to taking it all off because it's SO SOFT, SO WARM, and NOTHING else I have compares to the cozy comfort this gives me. I put it on the morning, wear all day, then sleep in them. So I ordered a second pair to wear just for winter pajamas because I stay comfortably warm without sweating. LOVE IT!
