I took the shorter length to add extra comfortable perches for my 20 year old Gray Parrot and my 16 year old Orangewing Rhuven. They both love these perches and are easy to remove and wash if needed. They are firm but softer and warmer than a wooden bird foot perch.

I needed a 36" perch for my large cage and the written description said it was a large 36" perch which is misleading. It is 21 inches long. I got my money back from Revain but I still need the big one and it's really hard to tell what size they are when looking for them so; I buy my large from the last seller I bought it from.

I recently bought a used cage for my rat that was missing most of the ramps and stairs so I had to get creative and order some bird supplies from Revain. It works great and my rat has a lot of fun running up and down. It flexes easily but is very comfortable and will hold its shape even under the weight and stress of a rat walking over it several times a day. Great product and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

As my Nandai ages and loses her balance from time to time, I prefer to put her on rope bars for comfort and chewing pleasure! These quarters are sturdy, yet easy to mold into the shape we want their cage to be. I've been using them for years, and while she can chew and grind them over time (LONG!), I haven't seen any loops caused by her plucking that might be dangerous for her to get her fingers on. Caught. I love them and recommend them to all Burb owners!

My sunshine hates hard perches especially after her nails have been trimmed. However, she loves those rope poles. They are very flexible, so they can be easily adjusted in length and height. She also loves to chew on it. No matter what toy we give her, JW Comfy Perch for Birds is all she wants to chew on. However, these perches are very well made, taking her months to chew through one of them. And even then, they didn't even come close to destroying it. Sounds like a lot to me!

I have 2 cages for my little boy. One in front of the house, the other behind. I bought 2 of these for a cage and Yelliott Mess loves them so I bought another one for his other 'house'. This is a review of a medium sized perch, but it's still VERY long. However, the length allowed me to attach the perch to the side of the cage, make a curve and have the other end sit at the base of my zebra finch cage to serve as a ladder. It's important that your bird has multiple perches of different sizes and textures, but my birds still prefer the comfortable Booda perches to all others. I make sure to use one of these for the "sleeping seat" with every new cage configuration. They come in large enough sizes and lengths that you can do a lot with them in just about any cage size.
