I have 2 cages for my little boy. One in front of the house, the other behind. I bought 2 of these for a cage and Yelliott Mess loves them so I bought another one for his other 'house'. Of course he gnaws it, but I've seen him destroy solid wood perches too. Super easy installation and great price mean I will replace them when the need arises. Anyone who complains about how they are destroyed must not have had a medium to large sized parrot in a very long time. Parrots are very destructive by nature. (Oh, they're exceptionally loud too, and if they don't like someone, they bite really hard🤦‍♀️ Plus, they'll outlive you and your kids.)
