Much better than dowels, birds love to scoot, scratch and bite uneven surfaces. They look much more natural than dowels.

My birds love these perches, they come in a variety of sizes and textures. My only issue is that when peeled they become sticky and take time to become matt again. Apart from this great product!

Easy to use and maintain! I have this for resizing my Jandey Konur foot position. I use a miracle birdcage spray and the poo comes off very easily. I will buy more when it wears out. But so far it's pretty solid!

My budgie loves perches with string and beads and is constantly pulling, preening and attacking them. However, the small, round, two-pronged bass that comes with it is terrible. Poorly finished, split in half by built-in anchors, this piece discarded.

Very happy with the perches. The wood seems to be of good quality, I like that it has some curves. Small balls are a plus. My budgies don't play with it that much but I think they prefer hanging toys. Other toys have the same balls and love it.

Not sure what caused that crack in one of the bars. The cut looks like a cut because it is straight. Then a crack appeared. Disappointed because the other perch is great and my cockatiels love it. I can't use a damaged perch because I'm afraid it will hurt my bird's paws.

Easy assembly. Be careful with natural wood chopsticks. Be sure to wear gloves when handling. While driving or tightening the screw, there is a small chance you will pick up a splinter. Otherwise an excellent product. The budgies love it and are currently using it to sleep.

These vine groupers are awesome! They are very well made and there is a lot of variation in texture. They're a bit big for a budgie or parakeet, but I don't mind because the different widths of the perches are better suited to your bird's legs! My little ones also seem to love the little balls that come with them. They love to throw them on the floor and get me to "bring" them. Overall I am very happy with this purchase! I recommend it!

Modified to add it has a sealant coating. In fact, there are sealing strips and water drops on the sides. Sent it back because I'm not risking my bird life! I received the perches today and I love their size and shape but they appear to be covered in some kind of shiny material. It looks like polyurethane. I'm not sure if it's safe for birds. I won't use them with too much caution, I would feel terrible if some cheap perches caused the death of one of my birds!
