This tray appears to be working decently. However, the installation took longer than I'd like to admit. Once it connected properly to the smartphone app, I had to laugh a bit at the wording on the scoop button. It arrived with a scoop bar which caused some setup issues. I had to count the teeth on the sprocket rail to make sure it was aligned properly so it wasn't making that horrible grinding noise. When properly installed, it really draws as it should without being noisy. It has 3 buttons (blank and unlabeled) light flashing system on the side which you should look up in the manual with flashing codes meaning. I don't like this feature and it could be done better. My biggest complaint about this box is that the teeth on the bucket are a bit wider so it doesn't scoop as well as it could. It has also been affected by fresh urine litter since it is picked up so close to cat use. The spatula did not have the right time to form lumps (hand and hammer spatula). Another issue some might have is the size. It says it's suitable for cats up to 22 pounds. My cat featured in the photos is less than 13 pounds and exceeds the size limit. The box looks big, but the inside of the litter box is actually much smaller. My long thin 8 lb cat has no space issues. Overall it works for the price but could be better.
