Our 28- to 30-pound Shih-tzu/Aussie Cattle Dog mix's thighs are a little thick for true comfort here, but they fit our 19 pound Puggle perfectly. The absorbancy is great for regular heat discharge, and they machine wash/hang dry easily. Our bigger girl takes them off overnight, every time though because they bind on her thick back thighs. Overall, a good value for the money, would rate at 5 stars, but medium should really fit a 28-30 pound dog.

My dog was just between ex small and small. I got ex small and it’s a bit tight. If you are near the edge I would go with the larger size.I also cut out the tail hole. It was too small and hard to get my dogs long tail throughWith that change the diapers worked well for my dog with incontinence.

I have a very small chihuahua, the disposable diapers were too easy for her to get out of them and they just became to costly so after some research on revain I found the 3pk reusable diapers and got them at a great deal! Lucy hasn't tried to get out of these diapers and they are very absorbent, I washed one just to see if they'd hold up the same way as they did when I received them and yep, the colors didn't fade and the overall quality is great!

I was very nervous about ordering without being able to try it on my five pound chihuahua first, but the extra small size fits perfectly. The product is made VERY well and is soft and absorbent. I thought my dog would be able to get the diapers off but she has kept them on and seems completely comfortable in them. Also, the price is excellent for what you get. I ordered more today!

Very cute and she doesn't seem to mind wearing these. She hated the Wal-Mart disposable diapers and the hole was too large and everything would hang out which sort of defeated the purpose. I have used many brands of diaper holders for my girl dogs, first because they were intact, then they aged and incontinence became an issue. That is my present position and these panties are TERRIFIC. My 15 yr. old. English Cocker Spaniel kind of 'forgets' she is not outside :-) The elastic around the tail helps keep it all in! These work great for my parapalegic dog but they do sometimes slide off. As long as they stay on, and most the time they do, they work great and wash up nice!

The small size fit my dachshund well. She adjusted to wearing them quickly. The diapers did well after being run through a washer and drier but the Velcro has started to unravel a bit. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product.
