Too much trouble to return. However, seller is sending a new one that promises to be white. I will add stars if it is actually white. Very comfortable and keep my feet warm. I got them only to use to go for walks with my dog now that it’s getting colder. I’ve had the boots for a couple of weeks and they have been great! There’s only one spot around the base of one boot that is unglued which is no big deal. I’m typically a size 8 I got the 9-10 to have space to wear with socks and it works for me! its not the best, but it wasn't priced that way either. A few recommendations for the seller, use black screws for the Black one and white screws for the white one.or at least provide same color caps. They sent silver screws with the black one which really doesn't look as nice as it would with black hardware. Also need to bore out the holes a little more .some of the screws would not tighten with a screw driver, had to use a drill. It will sever its purpose I think.
