Packaging was good to protect product. Definitely had sufficient variety of screws to meet your wood depth needs, I was impressed by the high number of wood and metal screws. This did not get a 5 because only the left rail has a stop, that is, when extending the keyboard tray I used this for, it will overextend if you pull out from the right side without a rail stop (no, I didn't try to figure out how to add one). When I first took these out of the box I was pleased at how heavy duty they are and they seemed to have a smooth glide. Then I went about installing them.First of all, the description says they take just a few minutes to install, not at all true in my case. If you can turn your project upside down, which I could not, you'll be struggling to hold it up while aligning and mounting the darn thing. I bought the 14" set but it only gives you 9.65" clearance from the edge of the table. This will not work if you're buying this as a synthesizer tray, unless your synth is less than 9.65" deep (which would be pretty small). Totally my fault because flipping through the images in the product page, it clearly shows this. The mounting bracket on one of the 18 inch slides had a stripped screw hole which rendered the product unusable without modification. I was forced to ream the threads out and use a bolt and nut to make the attachment. The bearings in the glides were also marginal, and resulted in rough operation. I wanted to like the product because the company was very responsive to questions prior to purchase. Although I kept and used the product I would not order again.

I only gave it 3 stars because of its limited use. I was going to use it for drawer, as it says that's what I can be used for, however its limited. I have a tight space and since you can't disassemble the slides you can't reach in there to get a screwdriver. Seems like a decent product and I'll keep it for future use, but not for the project where I really needed it.

I periodically have to replace the keyboard slide guides. This set appears to be heavier made. Time will tell. The glides attached to the desk and the drawer very nicely. Still involves laying and working upside down to mount the drawer.but went pretty smooth and it's working very nicely.

Very poor quality, I had to do my best to align the supports, couldn't add screws in the bottom because of this misalignment. I had also to remove the bulky rivet at the front end and use a screw attached to the table.This device was expensive, I should have bought a cheaper option available in Walmart.

The brackets are really wobbly and flimsy. pulling the tray in and out sometimes feels like I've attached it with jell-o, and it doesn't have a good latching mechanic when it's extended. Does the job, though, and doesn't feel risky with downward force. Just side-to-side. Will do as a temporary fix while I take the time to find a better, more permanent solution.

Got these to install a custom keyboard shelf to pull out on my home office desk and they work as intended. Hold well and slide smoothly. Would buy again if I built again.

This slide arrived packed well and was easy to install. My old slide had fallen apart and was no longer usable.The portion that attaches to the keyboard drawer was perfect and fit exact. Then when I was driving the screw to hold the first bracket to the bottom of the desk, it hit the end and twisted the 'L' bracket so bad I had to take it back apart to straighten it. Since this is an undermount slide, installation will take a bit of skill and patience. But once installed, it's very sturdy and slides smoothly. They've included a generous amount of good quality screws.

I needed a surface that would extend about 16 from under a desk, so I purchased the 18 inch version of these slides thinking that would be enough. After receiving them today I was very disappointed to find that the travel is only about 10 inches, meaning if I didn't want part of the tray to protrude from under the table while full closed, I would get a surface about 10 inches deep when fully extended. Well made product. Comes with everything to attach under a table for Keyboard tray. Combine with many of 14inch Ikea Besta shelves to make a pull out keyboard tray for your table.

This can be critical if you are using it for a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic keyboard which is just over 10 inches front to back. The mounting bracket placed as far forward as possible only makes 10 inches available in front of the desk. The quality looks good so I ordered a 16 inch version, this should work fine

The product was a replacement for my keyboard slides and it worked well. Similar to my original slides but had to drill new holes. Very good product.
