I bought the 16” black slider for use with a 30”x12” MDF keyboard drawer. The package arrived with all hardware and included an extra bag of silver screws along with the necessary black screws.The slides showed no obvious mechanical flaw and operated smoothly. It qualified for the advertised heavy duty label. However, the final assembly as a whole did not due to some lateral flex even when all parts were firmly attached. The lack of rigidity is partly due to the slide mechanism being in two pieces and partly due to the vertical brackets. The former cannot be improved as the slide is already sufficiently precise. The brackets should be manufactured with a triangular bracing or made thicker to improve rigidity. The single screw attachment method to the slide is also insufficient and could easily be improved using multiple screws. I feel the additional cost to improve this product should already be covered by the price being charged for it.
