True to size as I bought Medium for my 10 lb. terrier. The last ones I bought were to big in the but and too small in the waist. These fit perfectly and you can tell she is way more comfortable. Sammy is an old girl who has been wetting herself during the night while she's sleeping so in order for her to stay in bed like she has done her entire life with me I had to figure something out because no she is not getting moved to the floor just because she's old! I add a Walmart female incontinence pad to get more absorbency. These by themselves are more for leakage or a young dog in heat. Like I do with my 15 year old foster male who wears a wrap, the Walmart pads are very cheap and keep them completely dry no matter how much pee is in them. I will definitely order more from this seller. Plus they were so nice and sent a nice thank you email after the order was shipped.
