Hacking and espionage are at their peak these days; The last thing you need is a camera spying on you in your home. PSVR requires PS Camera V2 to function. It just hurts to shut down the system to turn off the camera after each use, so it's a great addition to my setup. While it doesn't block the microphone, it does block visual loading. The only defense is a good defense against espionage.
