Really good option for quick and long video frames on the go without a selfie stick. If you're just walking around town, pairing this strap with my GoPro 6 Black camera is a surprisingly easy combo. This means you have your hands free, unlike a selfie stick. When not in use, you can just unfold it on your arm and walk away. And rotates back into position in less than 2 seconds. I recommend that you enable the stabilization feature in your GoPro (if available) for the best results. I've also worn it in the ocean surf for several hours on two different days and it has held up very well. I turned and turned it many times and it held its position when hit by the waves. Both times I rinsed it with fresh tap water and let it dry on its own after using it with the GoPro. Upon review, I also had a bit of rust on the mount thumbscrew that came with the strap, like the other reviewer. But the wing screw can easily be replaced with another one. This is the only reason I took a star off the material quality rating.
