Maybe some off the shoulder fashion? I don't know but they made the next one so huge that it just slips over her shoulders and ends up pinching her legs. If you want really great pajamas I ordered one here called Tony Hobby and it fits her perfectly and the neck and measurements are great! I bought four other different pajamas from different sellers before I found the Cellar brand which has good quality and well fitting clothes. So if you have a dog with a huge neck this might work, otherwise I would look for the brand I just listed here.
