Not a bad microwave for a restaurant. We bought 3. All through Revain. Purchase dates 05/27/17, 07/22/17 and 09/22/17. The one we bought on 9/22/17 was bought as a backup in case one fails. I had one of the ones I bought earlier came out today 1/25/18 and I just thought hey at least I have a backup. It only lasted 8 months but since I had a backup I didn't care. Connected a backup - does not work. Electricity appeared, but the motors inside did not work. Straight out of the box. I called the service number that is on the microwave door. They gave me a Panasonic number for their service and technical line. They in turn told me to call Revane. Revain spoke to me for a few minutes and I agree it's not their problem, it should be Panasonic's problem redeeming the unexpired 1 year warranty. Revain gave me another number which took me to the same service and tech hotline for Panasoinc. I gave up, threw both defective units in the trash and stood there.
