A complete waste of money.
They are larger than they should be and awkward to hold or load. There is nothing to cut the tape. Sure, it can hold and spread the tape, but you still need scissors to cut the tape and you have to open the container half the time to get more tape out. The view completely defeats the purpose of a tape dispenser.
