Great customer service experience and all-around great product!

The first bottle arrived damaged. I submitted an order for an exchange and the new bottle arrived the next day - super fast delivery! Love this lotion for my tired feet. Cools and smooths them before getting into bed (I cannot stand rough, dry feet on linen and bed sheets!)

Pros
  • The naturally derived ingredients are gentle on the skin
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those who require a vegan product

Nice but I've tried better.

THis is simply okay. A nice moisturizer, nice scent but I have tried cheaper ones that work just as well. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Leaves the feet feeling cool, energized, and supple
Cons
  • May require frequent reapplication throughout the day

Not what I was hoping for

I was looking for something that would really give my feel a cooling sensation, this did not. I will use it for moisturizing, but really wanted the cooling it stated it would give.

Pros
  • Beauty & Personal Care
Cons
  • Can make feet feel greasy and slippery

product ingredients not on product information

This product was interesting but did not have the ingredients listed in the product description so I could not identify an ingredient to which I am allergic. In addition, the product cap came loose in shipping, leaving a mess in the box and all over it. I did receive a quick refund when I returned the product.

Pros
  • Has a pleasant and refreshing scent
Cons
  • May cause shoes to feel slippery and uncomfortable to wear

Good Peppermint Lotion, But Not as Cooling as I Would Like

It's been years since I have used the Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot lotion. I've been trying various brands of peppermint lotions and most have not been cooling enough for me. I had fond memories of this lotion being very strong in the cooling department. The bottle has changed over the years. I'm not sure if the formula is the same or not, but overall, it's not as strong a peppermint lotion as I remembered. It's difficult to dispense the lotion when it's half full or less. The lotion is an

Pros
  • Naturally cooling: Made with peppermint essential oil from freshly picked peppermint leaves, its natural menthol gives it a loving, cooling feeling on skin
Cons
  • Not recommended for use on open wounds or cuts

Amazing for slimming legs

My girlfriend used this product for years. It has changed its outlook but other than this everything still the same. The scent is not great but I’m fine with that. My girlfriend used this to massage her legs. she just used a little bit and can massage for a really long time. It will first get dry but when you keep rubbing, it will then start to turn moisturize again and you can feel the oil. Great product to massage the leg and help to slim up the leg.

Pros
  • Formulated without parabens, phthalates, or sulfates
Cons
  • Effectiveness may vary depending on the severity of foot dryness and cracks

Actually warms the feet

My feet have been portable space heaters for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Utah, my warm feet problem was easily solved by simply sticking my feet out under the covers and letting the frigid temperatures do their work. Unfortunately, a recent move to Texas has left me rather hot and bothered (but not in a good way). Between the humidity and and Texas' inability to ever get below 110 degrees, the burning sensation I feel in my feet at night would make that actor on those Shingles…

Pros
  • Provides a long-lasting cooling effect
Cons
  • Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Not as expected! for my opinion

This is a nice cooling lotion, but it doesn't last. I use it for my feet at night, but have to keep putting it on. If you have nerve pain, or just very hot, burning feet, you may want to try something else.

Pros
  • B002654TEK
Cons
  • Contains alcohol which can dry out the skin

Not very 'cooling'

Not very cooling. I really was looking for something that had a nice cooling effect and altho it says it's cooling, it's not.not enough for me. the scent is very nice but I it's not very moisturizing.

Pros
  • Absorbs quickly into the skin, making it ideal for use in the morning rush
Cons
  • The packaging design may be unappealing for some

Foot cream -- well for my opinion

I know the price was very reasonable on this but it just doesn't work well for me. I need something that stimulates the nerves in my feet to relax. This smells good and moisturizes, but is more like hand than foot cream The kind that comes in the green tube is higher, but worth it cause it really helixes tired feet. Rethink this recipe. I will pay more for it if it works!

Pros
  • This product is so soothing, cooling and moisturizing for the feet. I highly recommend.
Cons
  • Packaging is difficult to use and may spill easily

Good product, weird bottle

Really good lotion. Keeps my feet soft. However, the bottle is weird and difficult to get the lotion out of. I know, weird review, but it's really the only negative thing I can say. If you don't mind squeezing kinda hard and shaking it vigorously to get the lotion out, then this is a really great product.

Pros
  • Leaves no residue on the feet or hands
Cons
  • Can take time to dry completely

Body Shop Peppermint

I've always been a Lush customer of "Softy" unfortunately, Lush discontinue this line so I was in need a similar product. This is closest I've come in comparison.

Pros
  • Helps to reduce inflammation in the feet
Cons
  • Not available in travel sizes

Great moisturizer, feet feel pampered

The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion is a great moisturizer. I enjoy the cool sensation of peppermint and how light the moisturizer is. Really relaxing at the end of the day for a mini foot massage.

Pros
  • Suitable for use on callused feet
Cons
  • The pump may become clogged over time

smell is strong, but feet feel great

It took me a few uses to get used to the smell, but now I think it's pretty pleasant and your feet definitely feel nice and smooth after you let them soak in the lotion (usually by wearing thick socks or just sleeping in bed right after application) for a while.

Pros
  • Leaves the feet feeling soft and revitalized
Cons
  • The bottle may be hard to squeeze for those with arthritis

Poor imitation of the original pink lotion

The picture shows a pink lotion so I thought I was getting the original. It was a wonderful product that smelled like mint and had a cooling sensation that lasted a long time. It was worth the price. What I received was a green lotion that smelled like chalk. The cooling sensation was short lived. Not pleasant and not worth the price.

Pros
  • Love the scent
Cons
  • Not very peppermint scented and not cooling.

A decent peppermint foot lotion

It's a little greasy/watery, so I'd recommend spending a few more dollars to get Aveda's peppermint foot lotion instead - much thicker and more relaxing.

Pros
  • Can be used on all skin types
Cons
  • Does not offer any additional benefits for foot care like antifungal or antibacterial protection

I really like this product

I've been looking for this for years. A long time ago I bought this same lotion at a Body Shop in-home party. I really like this product. It is cooling but not so much that you are cold. Very relaxing, feels great on my feet and hands too!

Pros
  • Promotes relaxation and stress relief
Cons
  • Can cause an overpowering peppermint smell in a room

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Soothing and moisturizes very well

I use this in conjunction with the Microplane foot file, and it works great. The lotion has a slight cooling sensation from the peppermint, smells good (but not too overwhelmingly pepperminty, like other foot lotions), and moisturizes well. It's not too greasy, but if you put on more than a nickel-sized amount per foot, it can be a little slippery (though I suppose that's true for most foot lotions). It makes my at-home pedicures much more enjoyable and keeps my heels soft and smooth…

Pros
  • I use this daily - love it! Keeps my feet soft and I love the peppermint smell!
Cons
  • Does not have a long-lasting cooling effect

As expected best in my review

This was delivered quickly and the product is as expected. Ready to be there to relieve dry feet. Shopping via Walmart Prime makes it easier to get things like this that are not available nearby.

Pros
  • Contains peppermint oil, which has antimicrobial properties
Cons
  • Not travel-friendly due to the risk of spillage

Wonderful Lotion for the feet

Im a Massage Therapist and I like to massage my clients with the best products I can find and peppermint lotion is the best thing to massage the feet, I decided to order this lotion after reading all the reviews on it and Im glad I did, my clients love it, it soothes their feet and they said it felt great. I tried it on my feet and loved it. I will order more later.

Pros
  • Foot, Hand & Nail Care
Cons
  • Not suitable for those with plantar fasciitis or deeper foot issues
