Good for larger bodies, but not enough support for all circumstances

My husband has a lower back injury and we have tried a variety of solutions to help him sit comfortably. He is 6'3" 230lbs and the length of this pillow is perfect; it cradles around and gives him side support, as well. The pillow helps when he's using it on the couch or in bed, but if he's using it in a hard chair, or pew, it doesn't work as well. It's very soft, even with all the insert options. It's a decent pillow, but not for all circumstances.
