The lumbar support cushion feels great while using it in a chair. Very comfortable and the wing design fits the back area well. The option to change out the memory foam with a more dense one is a nice option. The back zippers open allowing you to easily change the memory foam out. You can also unzip the outer shell and wash it if you need to. Wife likes it and will be taking it to work tomorrow to add to her office chair.

This is such a cleverly designed pillow for the lower back. I loved the wing-spread shape that fits snugly and I especially loved how you can adjust it with firm or soft foam inserts. For my lumbar issues, I prefer a firmer pillow, and this was perfect! I only tried it while in bed and voila!—no back pain the next morning! I am looking forward to using it in my car seat for an upcoming long drive which according to the video on the revain page is another alternative way to use this exceptional

I have a bulging lumbar disc and a good pillow while sleeping is extra important to me. This pillow offered pretty good lumbar support. It was comfortable enough for me to fall asleep, and when I wake up my back and hips feel a lot better than usual. I am a bit overweight, so side sleeping with this is not as comfortable (My belly gets in the way a bit) but not impossible. While sleeping on my back it's perfect.

This pillow is incredible. It’s something I never knew I needed. There are many ways to customize to your needs. I have been using it anytime I’m laying in bed - watching tv, reading a book. I have tried to sleep with it and that is not comfortable for me but overall great product!

I got this pillow for my work chair as I’ve been getting a lot of lower back pain. This works well to help give my back support and to straighten my posture. This pillow comes with 2 additional pad support foams. One is soft and the other is firm. In my case I used both. So far so good.

I am short and my recliner is large, so when I want to just sit in the chair without reclining it I end up either slumping backwards into it or having to stack throw pillows behind me to prevent myself from slumping backwards into it. After tirelessly looking through all the endless lumbar pillows on revain, I thought this one would be "the one”. Unfortunately for me, it just doesn’t offer enough support. Even using the firm cushion didn’t make a difference. All it does is sag in the middle after using it for more than 30 minutes. I also wish there was a way to adjust the height; I’m only 5’2”, so it makes it hard to get comfortable. This works a lot better when I’m sitting on a chair or couch, however.

This support pillow is pretty good. It comes with two support pads, one soft foam and one hard foam. I started with the soft foam, and it's pretty good. I rarely lay flat on my back, but relaxing for a few minutes on this pillow actually felt good. Eases the back pain a little bit (need to try to hard foam to see if it's better for the slight pain I have), but seems to work as expected.

I take this pillow with me everywhere. I mainly use this lumbar support pillow in my office chair or in my car(I have very long commutes). Occasionally I will use it in bed. This has helped to relieve pain and pressure from my lower back. Offers me enough support and it’s comfortable. It’s ergonomic and fits perfectly across my back. As long as I don’t have to get up it works well.

I did like that I could change the firmness, and if I'm honest it might have helped a little, but not a lot. It may work for others, just not for me.

I got this pillow to use in the car and it's terrible. It's way too big for the seat so every time I get in the car it gets pushed over in some weird angle and I have to awkwardly adjust it. Plus it's memory foam so if it's cold outside this thing will be frozen stiff. It might work for you if you intend to use it in an office, but I don't recommend it for the car.

This lumbar support pillow comes with two inserts for support. The blue is for soft support and the yellow for firm. It is the best lumbar support I have found for my lower back pain. The cover can be machine washed. Can be used sitting in a chair, recliner, in the car or while lying in bed.

My husband has a lower back injury and we have tried a variety of solutions to help him sit comfortably. He is 6'3" 230lbs and the length of this pillow is perfect; it cradles around and gives him side support, as well. The pillow helps when he's using it on the couch or in bed, but if he's using it in a hard chair, or pew, it doesn't work as well. It's very soft, even with all the insert options. It's a decent pillow, but not for all circumstances.

Two people in my household have use this lumbar support pillow and have not reported any significant changes in their painful back. I don’t honestly think it’s done anything for either one of us. We will continue to keep using it but not sure there will be any positive results.
