I got this lumbar pillow to use in my home office chair. Tragically I made the mistake of letting my wife try it for a minute to use for sitting on the couch. She liked it so much that I’ve not been able to use it for my purposes.What do we love? We love that it come with an adjustable insert. There are some situations where the additional yellow insert will provide too much bulk or firmness. And that’s ok because it can be temporarily removed or re-inserted at will. The shape of the pillow is also very well thought out and fits the natural curvature of the spine.If you or someone you know has poor posture or back issues, this pillow is worth a try in my humble opinion.BTW, this comes very compressed. It took maybe 30 minutes for its full shape to return.
