This review is for the Elviros Lumbar Support Pillow for Sleeping, Adjustable Memory Foam Lumbar Pillow.The pillow arrives in a clear plastic bag stuffed with a vacuum pack. It also came with a sack.I like the feel of the material, and a zipper gave access to the internal working so that you can wash the cover if needed. It also allowed you to replace a soft insert with a harder form insert to increase the firmness of the pillow.I have a compressed L3/L4 in my lower back, and sometimes, the nerve is affected. This causes phantom pains in the left leg. By adjusting the position of my legs, I can relieve pressure on the nerve. By using the pillow between my legs or even under my waist when lying on my side, I can relieve enough pressure and eliminate that phantom pain. Or I can lie on my back and have it support the curvature in my Lombard region. That seems to help too.I'm not too sure how to get it to work while sitting in a chair. There aren't any fasteners to hold it in place.All in all, a good product for managing your back-related pain.
