I really like this back support pillow. It has many versatile uses such as in the back of a sitting chair or while you are laying in bed. I haven’t tried it on the couch, but I think it would work there too to straighten out your back a little. It has different size cushions inside the zipper bag which you can take out or adjust to your liking and firmness.

My husband and I both have lumbar issues. I did not like this pillow because I am so small I felt like I was laying on a log, but he seems to like it but not for sleep, only for laying on the couch or something. It is soft too

This pillow is a little big for my liking. I ordered it to use in my husband's semi truck since the seats offer little support. It definitely did help with my lower back soreness. I just found it to be a little bulky and in the way. And also, don't leave it in the vehicle during freezing temperatures and expect to use it because it turns into a frozen rock! That was unexpected. Overall it is a nice lumbar support and we are both relatively pleased with it.

I got this to use in my recliner, but noticed that it can also be used in bed. In both cases, I have enjoyed its support with the internal cushions removed. It comes with 2, a soft and a firm, to supplement the main cushion. Even without the cushions, it provides adequate support. The cushions are used one or the other at a time and fit nicely in a zippered pouch. The "wings" on the sides help to keep the cushion in place. So far, I am loving the support!
