A litte big but comfy
This pillow is a little big for my liking. I ordered it to use in my husband's semi truck since the seats offer little support. It definitely did help with my lower back soreness. I just found it to be a little bulky and in the way. And also, don't leave it in the vehicle during freezing temperatures and expect to use it because it turns into a frozen rock! That was unexpected. Overall it is a nice lumbar support and we are both relatively pleased with it.
- Can be used during pregnancy to support the growing belly and alleviate back pain
- May not be suitable for people with sleep apnea
