This is a portable lumbar pillow. I got this for my lower back pain while working from home in an office chair all day.It’s nice! You can adjust the firmness by taking the insert out. It’s a bit too firm for me with the insert. Without it it’s good!I wish that it had straps to hold it in place as youMust be sitting against it for it to work. I love it but do love around all day to different positions in my chair and it falls off the chair as soon as I sit forward.I think it’s me and I will figure it out. Overall I do love the feel of it and it takes the pressure off my lower back.Great value.
